Wisetown Citizens is a smartphone app through which to report to your administration the problems of the city, whether these are breakdowns, malfunctions, damaged goods and so on.
The reporting of the criticality generates a task to be assigned to the administration department proposed to take charge and resolve that specific criticality; moreover, the system integrates reports from the municipal portal, where existing, and from social channels.
